The Founder

Samuel Brahem.

Founder & Chair, Industrial Vancouver Forum

Biography

Samuel Brahem founded Industrial Vancouver Forum to create a dedicated platform for research, intelligence and relationships within Metro Vancouver's industrial real estate community.

His work is concentrated in the industrial corridors along the Fraser River and across the region's principal industrial districts — Richmond, Delta, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley and South Vancouver. He writes the Forum's market research and edits its market notes.

Samuel Brahem is a licensed commercial real estate professional with NAI Commercial (BC) Ltd. The Forum operates independently from his brokerage activities, and its editorial position is independent of any individual transaction: the research is intended to be useful whether or not a reader ever transacts, and whether or not they ever become a member.
