Membership Terms

Membership is intended for people with direct responsibility for the ownership, development, management, operation or occupation of industrial real estate in Metro Vancouver. Membership is designed around principals and senior professionals; third-party service providers are generally not eligible for standard membership. Every request is reviewed individually and the Forum's decision is discretionary.

There is currently no membership fee, and quarterly gatherings are currently complimentary to members. If that changes, members will be told well in advance and will not be enrolled in anything automatically.

Members are expected to comply with the Competition Policy at all Forum gatherings and in all Forum channels, to treat the room's conversations as private, and not to use the Forum for solicitation. Guests attend under the same expectations.

The directory is opt-in. Introductions are made through the Forum with both parties' agreement. What a member registers about their portfolio is theirs and is never visible to other members.

Membership does not establish a brokerage or agency relationship with Samuel Brahem or NAI Commercial (BC) Ltd., and no part of membership involves the marketing of a member's property.

A member may leave at any time; their records are deleted as described in the Privacy policy. The Forum may end a membership for breach of these terms or of the Competition Policy, and will say why.
