Private dining room, Vancouver
A set table in a private room before guests arrive — linen, glassware, low light, empty chairs. Architecture and restraint, not hospitality marketing. Shot only once a venue is confirmed and permission granted; no interim substitute is appropriate here.
The gathering
The inaugural gathering of Industrial Vancouver Forum, marking its launch: a private room, a short conversation about where Metro Vancouver industrial stands at the start of 2027, and dinner among the founding members. Invitations are issued to approved members directly.
The venue is shared with confirmed attendees. There is no ticketing, no programme, and no guest list published — the evening is intentionally small and private.
The evening
The shape of it.
The room
A private room of members — principals and senior professionals responsible for industrial real estate across Metro Vancouver. Large enough that you will not know everyone, small enough that one conversation can involve the whole table.
The conversation
A short, specific discussion of something happening in the region's industrial market — a planning decision, a shift in financing conditions, a pattern in recent transactions. Twenty minutes, not an hour.
The guest
When it adds something, one invited guest: a developer, a municipal planning lead, a lender, a property tax specialist, an economist, a port or infrastructure executive. They are there to be asked questions, not to present.
The evening
Dinner or a reception in a private room. No name badges, no booths, no programme, no photographer working the floor.
Invitations are issued to approved members directly.
If you would like to be in the room on January 22, 2027, the way in is membership.
