IndustrialVancouver.ca is the public site of Industrial Vancouver Forum, an independent platform for Metro Vancouver's industrial real estate community. It publishes research, market information and practical resources, and hosts a private member environment.

Nothing on this site constitutes a formal appraisal, a brokerage opinion of value, or legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Market information is indicative, carries its period and source, and should be confirmed directly before being relied on for a decision.

The Forum works hard to publish only sourced, dated figures, and says plainly when a verified figure does not exist. Errors will still happen. If you find one, use the contact page and select "Correction" — corrections are reviewed and published.

Industrial Vancouver Forum was founded by Samuel Brahem, a licensed commercial real estate professional with NAI Commercial (BC) Ltd. The Forum operates independently from his brokerage activities. Use of this site, and membership in the Forum, does not establish a brokerage or agency relationship with Samuel Brahem or NAI Commercial (BC) Ltd.

Membership is reviewed individually and governed by the Membership Terms. The Forum may decline or end a membership where the criteria are not met or the Competition Policy is breached.

Member intelligence is prepared for the individual member and is not for redistribution. Directory information may not be scraped, exported or used for solicitation.

The Forum's research and editorial content may be quoted with attribution and a link. Photography is credited on the Credits page and carries its own licences.

The market directory indexes publicly advertised listings from third-party sources for reference. Those listings belong to their listing brokerages; the Forum does not represent any party to them and links to the original source for every entry.
